It has been quite a long time since I’ve updated on my fitness and health so I will do so in the post.
As of today I currently weigh 155. Although my weight fluctuates regularly between 148 - 155. However these weights have been increasing and decreasing regularly since my birthday and all the foods and my boyfriends birthday, my sister’s graduation, father’s day. As of today however I am going back to my weight loss and healthy portions. I haven’t exercised recently so running and biking are back on the schedule.
I have two weeks until my birthday.
I have two weeks to lose 15 lbs.
